The lower apartment is accessible via an outer staircase from the parking lot. It has a separate entrance door. The double bedroom of the apartment is equipped with a wardrobe and a writing desk. The directly connected bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a lavatory.
The comfortable living room has a dining table directly positioned beside the window to allow enjoying the wonderful panorama of the valley and the Alps during the meals. The kitchenette is located opposite and disposes of two stoves, a fridge and a dishwasher. A mini-over, a coffee-machine and an electric kettle are available as well.
Particular worth mentioning is the south terrace, which has sun already in the morning and therefore invites to breakfast during summertime. In the evening the view on the sea of lights emitted from Kaprun is impressive.
A washing machine is available for sharing for both apartments in the utility room.
